Counseling

Counseling is a process in which a counselor works with a client to address aspects of their lives in which they are experiencing significant mental and emotional anguish, or where behavioral or emotional challenges are interfering with their ability to cope or fully engage in their lives.

Our counseling practice focuses on creating an environment of compassion and understanding, helping clients to untangle, understand, and overcome limitations and barriers to a life of greater peace and joy.

At Gracefield, we walk hand-in- hand with our clients on a journey of exploration and greater self- understanding. Outcomes of the counseling process may be a reconnection with ourselves and others, opening up opportunities for greater joy and peace, or practical approaches to addressing and overcoming behavioral and emotional challenges that have interfered in our daily lives. Typically, clients will work with a counselor weekly or biweekly for  varying periods of time depending on the specific issue or challenge.

We offer counseling with individuals, couples, and families in a private, spacious environment to ensure a sense of comfort and safety to support our clients and improve outcomes.
